  • Understand one important aspect of who I am. I AM A VERY CRITICAL PERSON. I admit it! I also require a lot of those people with whom I entrust my business. The Sanderson team is 100% spot on, especially when it comes to the Service Department. Case in point: We purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKS from a private owner prior to the initial new car warranty expiration date and Tom Cartwright handled everything without a care on our part. We extended that warranty and they've been servicing that Lincoln ever since. We'll NEVER go elsewhere. We were SO completely satisfied with the way we've been treated that we purchased a Lincoln MKT from them. It was one of those "Must have DREAM cars" of mine and they manage ALL our service requirements on both Lincolns to date. Tom goes W-A-Y out of his way to be personable, friendly and PERFECT when it comes to service. Always top notch in every way. Our cars are ALWAYS returned CLEAN, properly repaired when repairs are necessary, loaners are always offered and things are done right first time, every time. There has never been ANY other service rep that has done what Tom Cartwright does... make me/us 110% satisfied EVERY time. As I said, I am SUCH a critical person that when my records were transferred from Sanderson FORD to Sanderson LINCOLN, Tom recognized that I never allow anyone to wash my vehicles! I am the ONLY one to wash/detail my vehicles and I would prefer to get my car back dirty, rather than allow some goof to "wash it for me". Tom lets whoever is responsible for cleaning the cars after service that mine has to be SPOTLESS. I (NOW!) allow my cars to be returned clean. THAT'S HUGE for me! Second point: I have a snowbird friend that had a mishap with a tire on his Ford Edge. Our fear was over-paying for a replacement (best case) and/or being railroaded into buying FOUR at the same time. I called around and got pricing, then turned to Tom. He not only "price matched" the lowest competitor but came back with the finding that we need only replace the ONE tire that got damaged! IMAGINE! Who would expect that sort of outcome from a car dealer?? That's EXACTLY why we entrust our vehicles to Tom and Sanderson. They're not just a "Dealership", they're family!!!!! We actually feel we're a part of the Sanderson family! Never happier. Thanks to everyone there. The entire service staff is A-1 in every respect. "Mike and Greg"
