| - The Ivey's hotel is very well done. The rooms are top-notch, the beds are very comfortable, not too noisy, even if you get a room by the street. The breakfast in the morning is well worth waking up for! So why only 3 stars? The hotel does not offer parking. It does have a valet, but every time we pulled up to the hotel (there's not much room in front of the hotel), we had to flag down the valet (they were usually talking to each other or inside the hotel instead of outside). Luckily there were two of us, so one person would stay in the car while the other would run to flag down someone to valet the car. We stayed for a few days, at the end of our trip, when we went to get our car, the gentleman who got our car took 20 minutes...we actually saw him pass us in our car after 5 minutes, but then he didn't reappear for another 15 minutes. It turned out that it was his first day and he didn't know the roads very well. Needless to say, the hotel should definitely invest in a better system or at least offer their guests parking at no charge until they figure this out. This is the first impression people have of the hotel; you want it to be a good one!
