THEY TREAT VET'S LIKE CRAP!
I recently used them to repair a broken window and screen. They came out in a timely manner to take measurements and had the window within a couple weeks. When they returned to install the window, they had no screen and claimed I didn't order one. WTH? This turned my insurance claim into a nightmare. Lady on phone said screen would cost me an additional $40 IF I picked it up or $120 to have it installed. I informed said lady I'm a disabled Vet & have difficulties performing some home repairs and running errands. She then informed me she'd talk to the owner about my sloppy service and call me the next day. They never called me back.
