  • Nice airport and everyone is very pleasant. its clean and easy to move through. EXCEPT clearing customs. OMG - every time I fly here its a crap shoot on how long it will take to clear customs. Yesterday, hundreds of people, and ONE agent for foreign arrivals. It took me 30 minutes, so not too bad (I was in first class so was close to the front). On my last trip it was closer to an hour. I realize my home airport (Chicago O'Hare) is probably worse. but it is frustrating if you have an appointment you're rushing to make. Anyway, otherwise a very nice place to arrive.
