  • frontier has the best customer service I've ever received on an airline. I flown many different airlines and frontier has never given me an issue. everyone complains about the uncomfortable seats and leg room, but when you're getting a round trip for $130 dollars, I don't know what else you expect. staff is always friendly and have made my flying experience better than the last. if you want more leg room and a comfortable chair spend the extra couple hundred dollars and fly a different airline.
