  • The staff here is extremely snooty and unhelpful. I came here looking for a retirement gift for my dad from my family and was pretty put off by the pretentiousness that I just left without getting what I was looking for. I mean you are goddamn sales people! Not CEOs. Don't act like you don't have time to talk to me because I'm not wearing a three piece suit. While I was there I asked if they do repair work on lower end watches and their staff said "NO. you go to SEARS!" Yeah, that actually happened.
