Please wait as we're assisting other guests" I don't know why on earth this gets repeated over and over and over and over again while you are waiting on the phone. Use a dial tone, use waiting music, use silence, use ANYTHING else. There is nothing more annoying than hearing the same sentence repeated over and over on a loop. This needs to be changed Food is dank though
