  • Beware! If you buy anything in the retail store, they will not let you return it no matter what. I bought an apron for my niece, only to remember that I had just bought her one the previous year at Kneaders. I brought my apron in with the tags still on a couple of days later with my receipt and was told a flat "no" when I asked to return the item. I asked if perhaps I could just get store credit and was told a flat "no." Kneaders, if you are going to be a retail store, I suggest you have similar policies to every other retail store in the U.S. I am sorely disappointed.
