  • Terribly unorganized! Wait time was 3.5 hours to get escorted to a room only to wait an additional 30 minutes to see the doctor. Lab tech accidentally discarded my urine sample...had to wait an additional 30 minutes to give yet another sample. Rude staff...behaved as though the patient was an inconvenience to them. Will select another UC next go around!
