  • i purchased a window cleaning for 13 windows. well when the cleaners came out, they decided i had 82 windows, because i had some dividers in some of the windows. they wanted $1 more per 82 windows, so $82. i have had other window cleaners come out & never experienced such foolishness with them. they simply cleaned the windows and i was happy with the results. i believe this is simply a case of deception, since i already paid for the 13 windows. they claim that on their website they have a disclaimer for tdl. who knows what a tdl is? and when i called to schedule why wasn't that brought up by the scheduler? the guys were nice enough, but the company, i think is very deceptive
