rev:text	Today is the last time I'll go here for nails. Again, I get the lady w the short hair and she chipped off part of the hardened acrylic under my R thumb, causing it to start bleeding bc it was stuck to my skin. I understand boo boo's happen and I'm fine with that, but her reaction was not acceptable. She kept phrasing it that I did something wrong and back-peddling. I kept telling her I didn't cause anything as I've been sitting here. Silence. Finally she musters out a quiet and forced "sorry". It was all I could do to sit there and have her finish my nails. Disappointing.
