  • I called to get a quote for weekly delivery flowers for my office. (the price for these did not matter, I just wanted to make it happen so that I don't have to run to the store every weekend) The lady on the phone was so rude. She kept interrupting me as I was talking and asking questions that were irrelevant to my inquiry. Honestly, I just wanted to set up a weekly delivery for the simplest/ cleanest bouquet of flowers they had. If I could give them a negative 5 starts.. totally would. I mean, did I call too early in the morning? did this chick need coffee before answering the phone? - Her response to my inquiry was "You'd be better off picking up flowers yourself bc my delivry is too expensive". Excuse me?
