  • A reservation was made through Priceline.com for 3 nights. When I attempted to check in, the desk clerk was very rude. She told me their system was down and they WOULD NOT honor my reservation. I contacted priceline and they attempted to remedy the situation. They desk clerk still refused to honor my reservation. Also the pool at this location was closed for resurfacing, what Hotel in the Phoenix area resurfaces their pool when the temperature is above 100 degrees? I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
