| - Sadia, the front desk supervisor rocks! She spoke to me at length on the phone and came out to meet us after her shift! Lovely, professional and courteous, Bally's should be proud to employ her. Now on to the rest - it was very difficult to find exactly where the entrance was, however once we did we were quickly greeted by the charming bell hop and off we went. We were lucky enough not to have too long of a line and as I mentioned earlier her was greeted by the lovely Sadia. We stayed in the executive suite and boy was it sweet. Featuring a big beautiful Jacuzzi tub, my husband is 6 foot four and I am 5 foot seven and we both fit in it comfortably. The room was simply gorgeous. Every staff member, from the bellhop, to the vallet to the housekeeping, to the front desk were polite, engaged, and helpful. If you thinking of going to the indigo lounge, you should see the yelp reviews. We found out that Bally does not manage this lounge, and unless they change management I would stay away and check out those reviews. One of our favorite things to do in Las Vegas is go to those little lounges with the live music and so that would be the only thing that would keep me from coming back to Bally's. We only stayed one night, but boy would have loved to stay longer. Our room was just lushes - Indigo Tower 1133!
