| - You wouldn't believe the terrible experience my best friend and I had yesterday.
She has the monthly membership and she's allowed to bring guests for free so she brought me. I never tried meditation sessions so I was really excited for my first time.
The lesson was at 6:50 pm and we got there at 6:40 pm, cause she warned me they are very strict about time. Fine, 10 minutes earlier seemed enough for me to be polite. Nothing. They did not let us in. Apparently their policy changes every week and the excuse was: "as a first time guest you are required to attend a 20 minute orientation class, so you cannot attend the 6:50 pm class." WHAT?????!!!!!
My friend firmly replied that last week, when she brought another friend, they did not have this policy! They just let the guest in! How come today, they cannot make an exception? My friend pays quite a lot $$ for the membership and it's also a long drive from Scottsdale but it seemed all our efforts were vain.
The girl at the front desk with the curly long hair and glasses was very rude to us and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. She had the attitude: "oh, there's nothing I can do for you!" BS!!
As I said, last week the manager did not require my other friend's guest to attend this "orientation", so forgive us if we were just a bit disappointed!
Who do they think they are?? People come here to relax, not to get frustrated! We drove there for nothing!
My friend was so pissed that she canceled her membership too, saying she was never treated so miserable before. Guess what?? You lost two customers yesterday, and maybe many more since this review is public.
Be aware: the meditation may be good but the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! No more!
