  • I asked them to come out for a loud noise upon start-up. They came out the next day because it was not urgent and looked into the issue. The technician had it figured out quickly and it turned out to be the fan. He showed me the issue and gave me confidence that it would work for the remainder of this summer but would probably need changing by next. Didn't try and sell me on something that wasn't necessary and was knowledgeable and fast. This is why I will be calling them in the future for all my HVAC needs.
