  • USA Collision provided exceptional service. I brought my car for collision repair twice for 2 different accidents in 3 months. They did an awesome job on the first accident. Unfortunately, had a second accident and without hesitation brought my car again to USA collision. My car is fairly new (2016) and both times after repairs my car was back to new condition. Their staff is extremely helpful, informative and courteous. I was kept informed of the status at all times and stages of the repairs. They helped deal with my car insurance and adjuster to ease a load of stress off my shoulders. In past experiences, I have felt as if I was taken advantage of because I was a woman and was automotive illiterate in all aspects. USA collision put these idiosyncrasies to shame. They were fair, honest and accommodative. I am extremely appreciative of their exceptional services provided and would gladly recommend them.
