  • Super disappointed in our recent visit to our once beloved Buddy V's. With so many excellent choices in the Vegas culinary field, it's critical to place the upmost importance on customer service if your intention is to remain relevant, not just a mere tourist destination. As always, the food was delicious, atmosphere beautiful and location perfect. However, the customer service has significantly declined. Our waiter was inattentive, bothered by our request to split the check for a party of eight, less than fourth coming with the cost of a birthday treat for our daughter's 16th celebration, incorrectly calculated our ticket (hopefully in error) and expressed his exasperation in an evident and unappreciated fashion. Sadly, I think we will be forced to expand our Italian palate.....
