  • I was in need of an auto repair shop. I was looking at the ratings/comments of shops by me (Maricopa) and wasn't impressed. I didn't want any funny business with quotes and repairs. Looking at ratings of other mechanics, I ran across Greulich's In Ahwatukee. Well, I must say that the reviews matched the service I experienced. I needed an oil change, diagnose a check engine light, and find out why the a/c wasn't working as summer was approaching. I was expecting some expensive repairs, but I walked out in 2 hours having my oil changed, check engine light resolved, and cool air. The manager, Matt, even came to asked me if someone was messing with the car of which I explained that it was in the auto body shop for repairs the previous year. I was so happy with how everything was explained to me and how quickly I was in/out. They have earned a customer for life. The Nissan dealership want to charge me $150 for each diagnostic event before repair work was even completed. I paid less than that for the diagnostic, resolution, and oil change.
