  • My battery died at 8:30pm and O'Reillys was still open. That was one plus of this place. However the service I got from Tyler and Jamison was above and beyond! Tyler graciously offered to install the new battery for me. When it came to removing the old one there was so much corrosion on it he had to call in the big gun Jamison to see what to do. They ended up cutting the wires to the terminal which meant a new terminal had to be installed along with the new battery. The whole thing took an hour which put them past closing by 1/2 hour. They didn't complain a bit. There's no way I could've installed that new battery with so much corrosion on the old one. I am extremely grateful for their help! I highly recommend this O'Reillys to anyone who wants great service. Thank you Tyler and Jamison!!
