My 97 yr old mother fell & broke her hip and was taken to HH Osborn because it is a trauma hospital. She had complications and had a stroke along with other complications. She spent 7 days in ICU and a total of 17 days at the facility. Her care here was superb by all providers! The hospital is old and the rooms are small but it was clean and run efficiently. The staff were all kind & considerate to not only my Mother's needs but the family's needs as well. We feel so fortunate to have our Mother still with us and grateful for all those that made that possible! After discharge from this hospital we were transferred to Honor Health Rehabilitation Hospital on Pima & 90th street for acute rehab for Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapies. Such a wonderful rehab facility. Clean bright with large private rooms! Good food and an excellent therapy gym. The care was over the top. The nursing staff were so kind and attentive and the therapists were just terrific! In 3 weeks my Mom progressed leaps & bounds. Whenever Mom interacted with the staff she was greeted with smiles and that was reciprocated. The experience was nothing less than great! Highly recommend both of these facilities!
