  • I would give this location zero stars if it were possible. The "assistant" manager Samantha, who lied and said she was the manager was rude, condescending, and simply disrespectful. The 19.99 promotion that they run is bs. They don't honor it and tell you that it is a "starter" package. However, it doesn't state that on the coupon. My cousin had pictures takes with her baby months ago. Because she and her son were going to be in the picture, they didn't want to give us the promotion. Then when my grandmother asked about taking the picture for the promoted price without my cousin, Samantha told us that the pictures would not be 19.99, we couldn't just do one family pose, their studio doesn't do that because "that's how my job is paid for". I don't get upset easily. But Samantha almost made me lose my cool. Don't waste your time.
