  • Refrigerator has still not been fixed. This company is a JOKE!! They send out repair companies but are either not available when approval is in need of confirmation or just don't. Couldn't tell you the name of the first company that came out over a month ago but in the last two weeks these two companies have left my home without fixing the $160 part that leaves water leaking onto the floor daily. First was Appliance Repair Experts and then this Monday was Outwest Heating and Cooling. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. What do I do what recourse do I have. I call them everyday and everyday they say they will call me back...they don't. I know they are bugged by me but I do not know what else I can do...Still frustrated!!!
