I recently found myself in a workout slump. After a few months (and more than a few lbs) I knew i needed to do something to get myself back into a routine. Everyone i know raves about Orangetheory but it always seemed so intimidating to me. One morning I just went for it and I am hooked! It's perfect for any level of fitness from beginner to guru. Don't get me wrong, the workouts are tough but not impossible and everything is at your own pace. All of the trainers are super friendly and encouraging. I actually look forward to my workouts now.
