  • I am not surprised about Charity Towing's low star rating. My car broke down at a Chevron Station on Rural and University in Tempe- a pretty well known intersection. My insurance company called Charity towing and I was told they would arrive in 1 1/2 hour. After three calls to the towing company and a bunch of promises that they were just up the street I finally got a call from the driver who was "lost" and was on Scottsdale Rd and Via Linda, in Scottsdale! This was 3 1/2 hours after the tow was originally ordered!! I cancelled my order at that point and called FAST TOWING. They were her in less than 10 minutes! What a joke. Don't ever call Charity Towing. Call FAST TOWING!
