  • The Manager, Jason, took ages to take my Coupon and then got visibly annoyed because he did not note the number of the coupon down correctly. At the Jiffy Lube location at: 10157 W Charleston Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89135 The manager, Jason, took an inordinate amount of time taking information from the Groupon. He did not write down the voucher number and asked to see the Groupon. When I took some time to find the redeemed Groupon, Jason seemed perturbed. Instead of apologizing to me, he got more perturbed when HE wrote the voucher number down incorrectly. An inordinate amount of time had gone by for entering customer info into the system. Jason charged me $5.70, so, as I had paid for service online, I calmly enquired as to why. This seems like a fair question. Jason got angry and told me it was in the Groupon fine print. The other staff were friendly, but Jason got annoyed at me for his own incompetence!
