  • This place is horrible. We woke up at 5:30 am to our septic system backing up and our water filtration system running. They answered there phone and dispatched someone out who arrived around 7:00am, for a $109 fee. He snaked our line and told us that baby wipes were the issue. This cost another $189. Two days later the same thing happened and we hadn't used any wipes since, so I call the gentleman that came out and told him what was happening. His response was "It is probably roots. We can come out and put a camera in to see what it is. That will be $250." Not feeling like that is right because our house is only 8 years old, I got a referral from a friend. This new company sent someone out that snaked the line and pulled out a bunch of stuff that was clogging the system, none of which were wipes, and only charged $125. This is a good example of poor technical service and even worse customer service.
