  • Chase has lost ALL customer service!!! They are closing all the drive ups, eliminating tellers, and installing large ATM's in the lobbies. On top of all that, you are not allowed to deposit cash into anyone's account if you are not on the account. Yes, I can see the point of money laundering, but come on $100? So in order to deposit the $100 I had to go to my bank, get a money order, and then return to make the deposit. Come on Chase, from the other reviews I've read, I am not the only one disappointed in your policies.
