  • So. Waiting in line and the cashier waves someone ahead of me. And the jerk plainly sees I'm first but he goes with it too. So. Then not a word is said to me as I wait for Mr Case of Copy Paper to be rung up. The kid rings up my extensive purchases and once the charge went through and the receipt was emailed to me and then... only then... did he say. "You're all set" not Thank you" not "I'm sorry I didn't realize you were ahead of that guy" not a damn thing but "You're all set." Nice customer service. I'd say don't quit your day job but apparently this is your day job. And brick and mortar stores wonder why folks order from online sources like amazon.
