| - It is hard to find a company here in Vegas that will be honest with you and do quality work, luckily we found Goettl. Was Goettl more expensive than other companies I have used in the past, yes they were, but at least now the job is done correctly with quality work and products. For the past 5 years we have used 3 different companies and each time they told us there "might" be a leak, but could never find it. The last company we used installed a new compressor, but that only fixed the problem for a couple years, then this year we found ourselves again with no A.C.. This year we finally called Goettl after hearing the ads on the radio. It was easy to call and book an appointment. Lex came by to do the inspection and he found the issue right away. His supervisor Jason came by later that evening and went over options with us. Both were great and on time. The company called and they came within 30-45 mins as promised. We scheduled for the repair and the team who came to fix the A.C. went above and beyond. They were very professional and explained everything. These guys worked from 9 am to 7 pm to make sure everything was fixed. They didn't leave behind any mess and always made sure to cover stuff that could get dirty. Very important to me since I have 2 little babies who crawl around on the floors. My only complaint is that they didn't fix the drywall from the installation. We had the job done on a Fri so I thought they would .ca me on Mon. I contacted them first thing in the morning on Monday and they said they will call me back, but no one called me to schedule. For this reason, I brought my review down from 5 stars to 3 stars. I put up photos of the huge hole on the side of my house, and left a review on Google as well. I'm updating this review again because here we are 2 weeks out from the repair. While I have no issues with the quality of the products and the work that was done, it is the support staff that has brought down the review to 2 stars. I contacted them last week and spoke with Felicia. She said she would call me back after her lunch break, never called me back. I called again the next day, they said she would call me back in an hour, still no phone call. I told them I was traveling and needed to have all my issues fixed by Friday, they said no problem. Here we are Monday again and I am on my vacation trying to still fix issues because she said she "accidentally deleted my account" and then threatened to put a mechanical lien on my house. Seriously?!? After I told them I needed this taken care of weeks ago. I'm really irritated now.
