  • So for my good review I was helped by a young man. He rang me up for a purchase of craftsman pro service tool chest! Then when I went to pick up my item I show up ok not everything is checked in I get it truck came in late and I understood cause I called and they asked that I give them time. Then I get to the store scan my receipt nothing comes up so they where all I think we have to scan it give us a min ok cool they bring it out and almost drop a $1800 tool chest then I tell them if anything is damaged on my truck or my tool chest I am not going to be happy I ask if they can get help cause i can clearly see these two men can not left this item then a few other people come out and older man came to help. Then his response to me is that there job is just to bring it to the loading dock so ur telling me that no one inform me that I may need possibly need people to move this I was ok so ur telling me sears would just want me to just return due to no one gave me any info and the gentle men what ever u like so they finally loaded it but as a women buying something for her husband or even her self ur going to tell me this about about the customer that are hang cap can't do anything like this I purchase many item from this place I have got tv that where broken then didn't realize until u for home just thought the box was broken
