  • I don't expect much from a three star hotel. I just never expected to get such terrible customer service. The only reason I booked this hotel was because the deluxe suites have the jacuzzi in the room instead of in the bathroom. I checked in with my girlfriend and as we walked toward the lobby I got the most disgusted and dirty looks by the employees. The only reason why this place isn't getting a one star rating is because the room was still pleasant. I just can't stand when employees offer the worst service. Whether you have a bad day or not a job is a job. Not even a smile.
