  • THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Dr. Tang is the most unprofessional and rude doctor I've ever been in contact with. It's as though the patient is bothering him by even being there. I would never let him touch anyone in my family or anyone that I know. That is why I feel obligated to write this review. Please heed my warning. This office is a disaster from the front office to the back. My husband went in to have a tooth removed that had been bothering him for a couple of days. The front office scheduled him as a new patient for routine exam/x-rays. They failed to mention that he was there for pain in one particular tooth even after he reminded them at the front dest. The X-ray tech took routine x-rays until my husband informed her of his pain. She then took the appropriate x-rays. The doctor (I hate even referring to him as that) came in and told him that the tooth would have to be extracted and three cavities filled. He said that he would take the chart to the collections person and do the procedure. The collections lady came and took our cash payment for the three fillings. The extraction was covered by our insurance. Numbing medicine was applied to the area and left there...and left there...and left there until it wore off. It was then that the assistant told us that the dentist said, "To make it more comfortable for YOU, go to lunch and eat something and come back in an hour". Obviously it wasn't comfortable for us. He wanted to go to lunch. The decision to stay was hesitantly made by myself and my husband. The dentist wasn't happy with that decision and told us that he was doing the procedure to "accommodate us" and that we should be expected to wait as you would when you walk into an emergency room. We reminded him that we had a scheduled appointment. After he pulled the tooth, he said, "I'm done here" and stood up to walk away. I reminded him of the fillings that he said he would pull and the fact that we had already paid for them. He said, "Oh, I'm not doing those now! You'll have to schedule an appointment, I have four other patients". He was so rude and disrespectful and marched off with a pompous attitude. Patient care?! What happened to that?! I reminded him that the scheduling problem with HIS front office was not OUR fault. He didn't want to listen to anything we had to say. I asked to speak with the Office Manager. She was very nice and apologetic, however, she is Dr. Tang's girlfriend. Pointless. I am writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not give this jerk your business and tell anyone and everyone you know to stay far away. And, Dr. Tang after pulling the tooth, got up and walked away as did the assistant. My husband had to ask for gauze for his mouth. They literally just pulled the tooth and walked away. There were no instructions given other than a piece of paper in which we had to ask for. I also had to remind the check out girl that my husband would need prescriptions! Two words...PATIENT NEGLIGENCE!!!
