  • Paul has repaired my washer and freezer. Although the washer soon broke thereafter for a different reason, he was honest with me that it would cost me more to get it repaired again than getting a refurbished unit and that was a better option. For the freezer, it initially seemed like the defrost board was malfunctioning. He ordered the part and scheduled a time to come back and replace it. By the time he came back it became apparent that the real issue was that the door was not fully sealed. Even though he had already ordered the part and made two service calls, he didn't charge me for the fix. In both cases, he saved me money by being honest even though he didn't make anything off of it. I appreciated the honesty and will use this company for appliance repair in the future.
