Customer service is sub par. They sold me a defective computer that was slow from the very get go. I spent a few hours on different occasions with their geek squad service to fix it. Finally, the girl told me the operating system was not compatible with the computer. Immediately, you stop to think, how is that even possible? It's brand new! Well, by this time, the 30 days had passed. As I was studying for my medical boards, I could not be without a computer to drop off for repair, or to have sent away. Basically, I was screwed. I had to pay for their defective computer. There should be some exceptions to certain policies, especially situations like mine. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded the entire cost back to my credit card.
