  • Went in to next Care Urgent Care on 12-16-17 for some abdominal pain that I was having for several days. The wait was very long as these places sometimes are. The PA was extremely rude. She did not offer to examine me because she said she had no equipment nor had any idea what I had. I asked her where I might go then for some help and she didn't know. I told her then that I had not received any help whatsoever. She had no idea how to help me. I have never encountered anything like this before . She did not even offer to examine me at all. I asked her if I could have an appendicitis and she did not offer to examine me for that either. I then proceeded to tell the front desk quietly that I had received no care and I expect not to be charged for this visit. Of course they charged me $170 for absolutely nothing. Somewhere in the midst of the consult she actually said to me looking me straight in the and said "You might have a cyst on your ovary and it could burst and you could die." They had no ultrasound equipment and no recommendations that followed. I'm writing this review so others can go somewhere else to get there care.
