Wow, customer service is an A+! New home construction. No heat, not at the fault of Sierra but the builder for lack of communication after the gas was turned on. Contacted Sierra spoke with Diana. Sent me link to trouble shoot problem. Unfortunately, did not solve issue. Sent email on Saturday night. Contacted first thing Sunday morning. I wasn't expecting to hear back from someone until Monday. She immediately scheduled a service tech to come out same day on a Sunday. Service tech Adam was fantastic! He is very detailed and even placed shoe covers on prior to entering home, that was a plus! He quickly solved the problem and was done in no time. He is very knowledgeable, explained what happen and answered my questions. Overall, a pleasant experience and professional.
