  • Wow I guess I should have read the reviews on this company before I spent 4 months dealing with them. First I was just looking to have vinyl or tile put in my home with plenty of stairs. I asked for someone to come and measure. I delt with Maranda and what a joke she it. She came out and measured and promised to get me a quote in a few days. That never happened, so I called back. Oh she was out sick again. 2 weeks go buy before she admits that she has never done a house with so many stairs and didn't know how to quote it. Fast forward 2 months and we decide to go with laminate. I want a quote and she says another specialist needs to come do a diff kind of measure. Ok fine, so corporate calls me to scheduled. Today guy never shows up, and hour passes and he finally calls and tells me that he didn't know he was supposed to be there. GREAT! Maranda calls me and apologizes and I call corporate. What a joke they are. Several calls later and they never call me back. If they are this flaky just getting a quote. I don't even want to know what will happen if I actually paid for a job.
