My wife and I and another couple went to the D'back game on Mothers Day. After arriving we all decided to go to Friday's Front Row because we were hungry and thought it would be better than the concession food.
We found a table in the bar area and were ready to sit when my wife noticed a little larger table close by, so we took that one. The waitress (Bridgette) was quick to give us out menus and quick to take our order since we were ready to order our food when she came to ask what we wanted to drink.
I was pleased because I wanted to watch the game from our seats instead of the restaurant and I thought everything was working out to make that happen -but BOY, was I wrong! Somehow our table must have disappeared into the Twilight Zone. I say that because we did not even SEE our waitress for a long time. Another waitress came by and told us she would be right with us and I explained we had already placed our orders and were still waiting for our drinks to come. She said she would see if she could help us. Finally (soon after we had spoken to the second waitress) our waitress showed up with our drinks (2 beers and 2 sodas) - MORE THAN 20 MINUTES AFTER INITIALLY PLACING THE ORDER! Bridgette thanked us for waiting patiently for our drinks and I said we waited, but patiently was not the word I would use. I then asked about our food order and explained we were hungry and that the people who had taken the table we almost took when we had come in arrived about 10 minutes after us and were already eating their food. Bridgette said she would check on it.
We did not see her again until she brought our food out with a helper about 10 minutes later. My first thought was that she had forgotten to place the order and had done it when she had brought our drinks - but NO! The chicken appetizer my wife ordered was barely warm. The other woman in our party had ordered cheese sticks - and the inside was just warm. My buddy's burger and mine were warm - not hot and our fries were only luke warm. So it appears the order was placed, but sat in the kitchen and was not brought to our table in a timely manner.
Needless to say - I was not happy! It was the end of third inning when we finally made it to our seats. The food was disappointing and the service was horrible. I will NEVER eat there again and will tell everyone I know just how terrible this restaurant experience was for me. ZERO stars descibes this place the best. And this experience makes me wish we had eaten the concession food....
