rev:text	DO NOT COME HERE! I was in a wreck, which is awful and stressful as it is, and the estimator here was awful. He was so rude that I was shocked, he was unresponsive, unprofessional, and honestly seemed to have no desire to fix my car at all. He looked at my car for 30 seconds and told me to bring it back in almost 2 weeks. I expressed to him that I was afraid to drive the car with the frontal damage and asked how he could know that it was drivable without even looking under the car or the hood. I told him I really did not want to wait that long to have it fixed and asked if there was anything I could do. He told me that "it was up to me if I wanted to use them or not. It is what it is" and walked into the building without saying anything else. My entire interaction with him was probably under 3 minutes. I was floored and that was the icing on the cake for me with that whole day. This estimator was horrible and clearly was not interested in my business. I have great insurance as well! USAA. I called my insurance and they referred me to Caliber Collission (two doors down). I went in the next morning, they were kind, thorough, and took my car right then and walked me to Enterprise to get my rental next door. Rick was my estimator and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone! He followed up with me daily and I had my car back in less than a week! It was painless and my car is perfect! Better than it was before I wrecked it! It made me week and I'm so surprised at the difference in businesses and customer service. Night and day! Moral of the story- Don't go to Gerber Collision! Go to Caliber!
