  • It's always nice when you can work directly with the owner of a business. Paul answered the phone when I called to schedule, and then he and his assistant Mitch came out to do the work. It's so much better than having some minimum wage employee who doesn't care if you ever call again come into your home. Paul and Mitch took a few minutes to confirm what I needed done, gave me a price and then went right to work. They were done in less than an hour and my carpet looks and smells soooo much better. (I had waited way too long since the last cleaning.) I will definitely use Nice & Clean again.
