  • I love going to this location. Being able to reserve seats is amazing. Makes life so much easier. We come here all the time now. However, with that said, today was a bit of a different story. We came for the morning showing of a movie. I had my daughter in tow along with my sister and niece. We bought our concession snacks which was close to $30. A bit ridiculous but that's the experience I guess. My daughter got the normal kids tray with popcorn and a drink. On our way into the theater, she trips. Her popcorn went flying. She's 6. This happens. I clean up as best I could, toss it on the trash and head back to the counter. I explained the situation and they refused to refill the popcorn portion (which is tiny), because I threw the kids tray part in the trash with the rest. Maybe they didn't believe we had JUST walked away with our purchase? I had to buy a complete new one which was close to $7 and gave the drink and snack to the person behind me because we didn't need it. All that hit the floor was the popcorn. I couldn't of been more disappointed with how this was handled.
