| - Did the Bank Heist this weekend as part of a present for my fiance's birthday. The puzzles were great and we had a lot of fun.
My one complaint would be that we got stuck doing the puzzle with about 6 middle school aged boys who were out of control. Staff did their best to control them, but the boys' behavior was just not appropriate most of the time. Jumping on furniture, running around yelling, etc. The "cluemaster" gives you text hints throughout the puzzle that appear on a screen in the room, and every time there is a hint displayed there is a "dinging" sound. It felt like more than half of the time, the cluemaster was just telling the kids to stop jumping on the furniture, reaching through the bars, etc., which was really frustrating as we were trying to solve the puzzle.
At the end staff was super apologetic, so we really appreciated that. We would recommend having "kids nights" or something that keeps kids under 18 out, or supervised by adults, or at least having specific times that are 18+. It's not fair to have folks pay about $30/person to get stuck with loud and crazy kids. For this experience, we just considered it part of the puzzle having to navigate a bunch of crazy kids ;) We plan to come back to do another room, but will sign up for a later start time to avoid the pre-teens.
