I wanted to write a review to let people know how bad the customer service at AA really is. But after seeing the stars.... seems my review is going to be like a broken record. Customer service agent speaks to me like a child. He asks me "is the charge pending, yes or no?" It was said in a very condescending manner. He guys was a supervisor named Thaddeus. I spoke my mind about how I didn't appreciate his tone. He repeats that he was simply asking a question. I'm a bit shocked that an airline with this type of service is still in business. I'm obviously not a one off since the airline has only 1 Star with hundreds of reviews. This is shocking and embarrassing for such a large airline. Shame on you guys for allowing this type of service to your customers. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing AA and will discourage to everyone I know.
