  • It's a good spot with authentic Lan Zhou noodles. The meat slices are packed with flavor and the soup is light, clear yet with a hint of spiciness to them. Now the noodles are the main character of the dish. It's hand-pulled and has a great texture as a result. My companion had the mushroom fried noodles and he loved it, so it must've been good too.
