  • Let me start this off by saying that the doctors, nurses and ultrasound techs would get 5 starts. They are all great and that's the reason why I'm choosing to stay here throughout my pregnancy. The front of house... Not so much. Every time I come in, there's a line waiting to check in. It takes a ridiculous amount of time for me to walk up and give her my name... Most offices have a sign in sheet, which would make things much easier and quicker rather than having to stand and wait while one front desk person is dealing with everything. Then, just as everyone has said, the wait is ABSURD. Every time. My husband took off work early to come be with me for an appointment, and ended up having to leave to go back to work before I was even called back. We were waiting between an hour and hour and a half, and he had to miss it... That's awful. I get that there are emergencies in an OBGYN office that cause delays, but this is all day every day and I don't get that. The communication between the front of house and back of house is majorly lacking. Also, twice when I've had to go in the restroom to give a urine sample, I've opened the little door to place the sample in and someone else's urine cup is sitting there. That's absolutely disgusting. It just seems like they're being lazy back there and not checking it enough. I don't want to touch anyone else's urine cup to make room for mine- which was literally an open cup. Dr. Roberts is wonderful, and this is in no way a reflection of her. They just need to come up with a better system for communication and checkin. Sometimes I feel bad for the front desk girl because she looks like she's going crazy and seems very stressed. People take out their frustrations on her and she's overwhelmed. Please hire some more front people to get things moving faster!!
