  • Had called this location regarding a car they were selling. Asked a few questions, if it was still available, any accidents and such, I was happy with what I had heard and visited the dealership. When I arrived, I went to look at the vehicle. Wasn't as clean as it showed online, they never are though, but there was a MAJOR interior flaw that they did NOT mention in the ad or when I asked on the phone or even when I visited. They didn't mention it until I pointed it out (broken radio). Sketchy. Fast forward to the number talking, they didn't want to adjust the price for the +$1000 cost to fix the radio. The used car manager here has ZERO customer service. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. After hearing him talk I literally left and will never return here again. Total waste of time. Don't make the same mistake I did. There's much more reputable dealers in the area!
