  • I came here after a horrendous experience at a Asian salon. I called, and was given an appointment right away with Ashley. She did a great consultation and listened patiently as I explained exactly what I disliked about my crazy mullet. :p First, she washed my hair thoroughly using the S product line. Then we went back to her station, and she patiently explained what she was doing the whole time. I could tell that she was very confident in her abilities and she did a great job converting my mullet into such a cute style! And my hair was so soft afterwards. She introduced me to their hair product line (I bought two), but there was definitely no pressure to buy. Also, the salon was very clean. I was so happy that she was able to savage my hair! She took her time to make sure I was happy step by step throughout the appointment. I gave her a nice tip- she definitely deserved it :) Go to Toni + Guy, it's pricey but worth it! Ask for Ashley :)
