  • What else can I say but WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE JEROME?!?!? My first visit to Jerome today was over and above my expectations. A dye job gone wrong at another high-end salon had me scrambling for someone to fix the mess asap. I was matched with Michelle, who is not only incredibly sweet, but is an incredibly talented and passionate stylist. She took the time to make sure that we were both on the same page prior to even touching my hair. During the cut, I could see her expertise showing through with every deliberate snip and carefully placed foil. I highly recommend Michelle! Adrienne did my blow-dry and styled my hair post cut and she did an amazing job. I feel so pretty! In terms of location: I love that there is a parkade for clients. I hate trying to find parking downtown, so that is another thumbs up for Jerome. You are greeted at a large, bright reception area with plenty of retail space. You are greeted again at the waiting area upstairs and offered a beverage from the large coffee bar. Even if you're early or things are running a bit late on their end, it is a comfortable and welcoming place to hang out. The salon itself is large and bright - lots of natural light. The chairs are comfortable and the sinks - oh my goodness... the sinks! The most comfortable shampoo of my life. My years long search for a good salon is over.
