  • Piss poor customer service , I bought a new 2014 F350 a year later all my tires were dry rot .. I took it back and the said that Michelin said they would replace the tires for the cost of the use thread .. Which was 38. A tire ... I was ok with that .. Then Larry at Ford states i have to pay for the balancing and alignment .. Which came out to be approx 249. Ive asked why I have to pay for that if I have a bumper to bumper warranty , his reply was " thats alot of work for my men and we need to get paid " talked to the manager she states I have a one year warranty on the tires , which Im one year and two weeks .. So agree to the fee , so when my truck was ready and I went to pick it up , i had 2 bills one for 289.00 and one for 105.00 .. Manager state that the cost and Larry didn't add it right .. Which Now I had to pay in full to receive my truck back ... Good thing I have that bumper to bumper warranty ! Never again 11/25/15 Jose at Country Ford contacted me and was very helpful in resolving my issue I had .. Thank You for taking care of your customers
